From the moment we step into your world, our goal is to bring your vision to life, carefully listening to your needs and tailoring every aspect of your retreat to reflect your lifestyle and aspirations. With a collaborative approach, we offer expert guidance through each stage, from discovery to design and delivery, ensuring that the final result is a seamless blend of elegance, functionality, and tranquility. CONSULTATION & SURVEY

The journey begins with you. Starting with a complimentary in-depth Discovery Consultation at your property, scheduled at your convenience. Here, we attentively listen to your dreams, finding out about your unique lifestlye and requirements. We talk you through the Alfrespa process recommending our finest treatments and facilities and how we can tailor these to your unique needs.

While we visit your home we’ll make a provisional 
Site Survey*. This helps us identify and solidify 
potential options for your Alfrespa Garden Retreat.

YOUR PERSONALISED PROPOSAL

After gathering insights from our Discovery Consultation and Site Survey, we are pleased to present you with a Personalised Proposal for your bespoke Alfrespa Garden Retreat. This document outlines our recommendations, along with the fee for the Concept Design Stage.

*In the majority of cases, provided the garden is large enough, all the structures fall under permitted development. Design

CONCEPT DESIGN

Once your Personalised Proposal is approved, we begin the Concept Design. You will receive an overall plan alongside a creative design proposal. Each design element will be thoroughly discussed with you, and we will collaborate on any revisions needed. When you’re fully satisfied with the final Design Concept, we will provide a CGI visual and outline the fees for the Detailed Design Stage.

DETAIL DESIGN

We work closely with you throughout the entire design process, ensuring every detail is tailored to your vision. From selecting the finest materials and choosing the perfect lighting, to specifying products and finishes, 
we guide you through every decision. Our collaborative approach ensures each element is meticulously considered, resulting in a bespoke garden retreat which reflects your unique style and meets the highest standards of quality. Our goal is to make sure your 
 final design is nothing short of perfect.

Throughout this stage we keep you updated on progress, ensuring a smooth transition from design 
 to completion while maintaining full transparency at every stage.

DELIVERY

The delivery phase is where your dream becomes a reality. Our team carefully coordinates the installation of your bespoke Alfrespa Garden Retreat, ensuring each element is seamlessly integrated into your outdoor space. From assembling spa features to fine-tuning lighting and water systems, every detail is handled with precision. We oversee the entire process to guarantee that everything is installed to the highest standards, creating a harmonious and fully functional retreat.

Once completed, we guide you through the finished space, ensuring every detail meets your vision. Our aim is to make sure you are fully satisfied and ready to enjoy the tranquillity of your custom Alfrespa Garden Retreat.
